These tips are the steps that I am using for boosting my Windows 10 PC’s performance once it got slowed.
1. Uninstall unwanted system applications
As you know Windows 10 comes with a lot of pre-installed applications that most of us may not be used. In my case, I have to uninstall applications like MSN News app (I am using MSN.com website for reading MSN News). You may also have pre-installed applications that are used very less often, uninstall them to speed up your computer’s speed.

Most of the computer users may have a lot of programs installed on their PC, which is very less often used, and some of them are not yet used. You may uninstall or remove those programs which are not using, this should increase your PC’s performance.In some other cases, you may have installed multiple programs for the same purposes like for playing videos, you may installed multiple video players. You should use one instead of using multiple programs to boost PC’s performance.

3. Delete Windows Temporary files
Windows automatically create temporary files for better performance of software programs. You don’t need these files once they are saved or closed, so you may permanently delete these files from your computer. I am sharing you three steps to delete temporary files from your computer.
Step 1:
Launch Windows 10 settings and click on System settings. From the system settings, in the left side panel select storage options.
Select your os installation drive (May be called This PC), and select Temporary files. Now click delete temporary files.
Step 2:
Press both the Win Key and R key together, now type %temp% in the opened box and hit enter. Now you may be opened a folder called Temp where your local app’s temporary files are stored.
Select all of these files and press Shift and Delete keys to permanently delete these files from your computer.
Step 3:
Again press both the Win Key and R key together, now type TEMP in the opened box and hit enter. Now you may be opened a folder called Temp where Windows’s Temp files are stored.
Select all of these files and press Shift and Delete keys to permanently delete these files from your computer.
4. Increase Ram of your Windows 10 computer.

5. Turn live tiles off
In Windows 10 and Windows 8, we have live tiles, which are very useful often. But in some other cases, it will cause to slow down our PC. Then we should turn it off to ensure the better performance of our Windows PC.
6. Turn on Quiet hours
We are always like notifications for the updated messages from our PC and social networks, but what to do if they are causing our system’s performance. Then we should turn the notifications off, there is a quick method to turn off notifications from your Windows 10 PC.
From the taskbar, right-click on notification’s icon and select turn on quiet hours.
